Tasks:
The introduction of modern methods of quality control and evaluation in the clinic and ensuring the operation of this system.
Creating conditions for improving the quality of staff education.
Publicity and transparency of quality control methods (inside the clinic).
Quality objectives:
Work on the continuous improvement of medical business management, internal processes, and product quality.
Ensuring compliance with legislation and regulations.
Orientation towards the satisfaction of patients and employees.
Support of training and participation of personnel in international congresses/seminars/publications / clinical studies.
